Lideratu was founded by Carolina Kindelan after an extensive career in the soft-skills world. It is a consulting firm based in Madrid with a network of collaborators with expertise in communication and negotiation skills based in different cities in Europe. Carolina delivers most of the training programs in English and Spanish both face-to-face and virtually, in Spain, Europe and Latin America.

Carolina is an expert in communication and negotiation skills with more than 20 years experience working for a variety of industries. She works with teams across different industries through training programmes, one-on-one sessions and coaching, in specific situations such as management presentations, strategic negotiations, interpersonal communication and specific meeting's needs.

Carolina began her career in the corporate communications field, first in Madrid with Grupo Albion, and then in UK with Winning Presentations and The Gap Partnership. Functional experience includes: marketing, sales, strategic communication and negotiation training.
Since 2004, Carolina has focused on the development of key leadership skills, communication and negotiation, working with executives and senior partners across all industries. She has trained more than 5.000 professionals and has worked with over 50 companies, many of them multinationals in Spain, Europe and Latin America. Carolina currently teaches the negotiation module for ESADE Business School Proyecto Promociona, targeted to women managers aiming to become senior management or board members.

Born in Spain, Carolina has lived in Venezuela, England and the U.S. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Boston College (class of 1997) and a Master in Marketing from Webster University London (2003).
