About us

"Lideratu is the result of an extensive background in the world of negotiation and communication skills training and development. Our goal is to strengthen and consolidate our clients' communication and negotiation skills in order to maximize their career potential, enhance their team performance and improve their bottom line".

Lideratu aims to transform habits, behaviors and planning culture. We work with companies from diverse industries such as banking, FMCG, technology, retail, consulting, construction, infrastructure or energy.

In the field of effective communication and presentation techniques we train a wide range of profiles: managers, sales team, marketing, HR and technical profiles.

In negotiation training and consultancy we primarily work with commercial profiles, sales, management teams, specific negotiation teams and HR.

All of the workshops are designed to have limited number of delegates and revolve around the philosophy of learning by doing. Exercises and real case studies are one of the cornerstones of the programs in which participants are recorded and analyzed.

We strive to generate awareness of delegates' personal styles and preferences and of how to change habits, generate new planning routines and adopt effective behaviors. Theory is important as it teaches participants new knowledge and tools. Practice is key because it allows learning new behaviors, habits and ways of thinking.
