Content

This highly interactive program focuses in providing insights, skills and techniques to allow delegates create and deliver successful presentations. The overall objective is to improve the impact of their meetings, conversations, formal and informal presentations.  Throughout the program, delegates will have the opportunity to practice and use the tools and techniques presented and will obtain video feedback. Some exercises will be recorded and analyzed to provide detailed feedback. They will
learn to generate empathy with difficult audiences, handle questions and objections and convey the appropriate emotions and feelings
