  • Manage stress and respond effectively in uncomfortable situations.

  • Manage disagreements, objections and resistance to change.

  • Identify personal communication style and areas for improvement.

  • Adapt the message according to the context and type of audience.

Content

This program delves into the tangible and intangible behaviors that a great speaker must master. Throughout two very practical days, delegates will perform exercises in different contexts (face-to-face, virtual meetings, client and internal meetings, small
and large audiences, formal committees). They will gain confidence, effectiveness, and motivation to further develop their careers as great speakers.

The program injects participants with creativity and passion, awakening their interest in a key discipline for their professional and personal lives. It is a very practical program for anyone who wants to improve their communication in the different registers in which they operate.
