  • Observe each speaker present their part and answer possible questions and disagreements.

  • Provide rigorous feedback in content and form.

  • Analyze the balance of power.

  • Connect with the audience to maximize the desired impact.

  • Learn how to handle stressful moments.

  • Ensure that the messages, feelings, and energy of the team are aligned and focused.

Content

These sessions are focused on helping to prepare a management team in their “Management Presentation”. The program includes 2 or 3 half-day sessions (depending on specific needs) with the whole team involved. During the sessions the presentation will be reviewed by listening to each speaker. They will be analyzed in structure, content and delivery. In many cases video feedback will be used and relevant changes and suggestions will be detailed. The sessions will also focus on the questions and answers. Each team member will receive an email with the analysis of their presentation (style and structure) and the changes suggested during the session.
