Content
These sessions are aimed at managers and team leaders seeking to strengthen and consolidate their communication skills. Throughout several individual sessions, some face-to-face, others via Zoom or Teams, they will work on their ability to present ideas, defend proposals, question criteria, inspire, motivate, seduce or connect with their audience. Through exercises, role playing and real presentations and interactions the delegate will become aware of the habits and behaviors that he/she needs to consolidate.
During this journey and in different sessions, the delegate will gain knowledge, tools and techniques that will help improve the impact of her/his messages and increase their control over different situations and contexts. This program is planned in sessions over a period of 6-8 weeks.
